Kelley Keefner is a fashion and jewelry designer originally from The  Berkshires in Massachusetts. Kelley has been designing upcycled/recycled garments & costume clothing under her 'Kali Ku Designs' label, selling at festivals & events across the country, in Mexico and Central America.

The Una Starr pants line initially began by taking materials from vintage wedding gowns & antique dresses and upcycling them into incredibly fabulous pants. These one of a kind pants became sought after in Kelley's circle of clientele because they were both eye catching art wear and extremely comfortable. 
The growing interest inspired Kelley to create a specialized line of pants using her comfortable custom designs and release them in small artisanal batches.
